A Private Marketplace (PMP) is an invite-only ad marketplace where premium inventory is auctioned to selected advertisers. PMPs offer greater control over ad placements, allowing advertisers to bid on high-quality inventory directly.

PMPs combine the benefits of programmatic buying with the exclusivity of direct deals. For advertisers, PMPs provide access to brand-safe inventory, while publishers maintain control over which brands appear on their platforms.
